Transfer Individual Shareholder Shares

This service enables establishments registered with the Ajman Free Zones Authority to transfer all or part of an individual shareholder's shares to another shareholder, while updating the relevant ownership records.

  • Signed Articles of Association or Memorandum of Association

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE Pass through the available channels.
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents.
  • 3 Pay the prescribed fees.
  • 4 Receive the updated Memorandum of Association or Articles of Association, as applicable, the updated Commercial Registration Certificate, updated Detailed Commercial Register, and updated trade license.
