Transfer Corporate Shareholder Shares

This service enables establishments registered with the Ajman Free Zones Authority to transfer all or part of a corporate shareholder's shares to another shareholder, while updating the relevant ownership records.

  • Signed Articles of Association or Memorandum of Association

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE Pass through the available channels.
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents.
  • 3 Pay the prescribed fees.
  • 4 Receive the updated Memorandum of Association or Articles of Association, as applicable, the updated Commercial Registration Certificate, updated Detailed Commercial Register, and updated trade license.
