Replace an Individual Shareholder

This service enables establishments registered with the Ajman Free Zones Authority to replace an existing individual shareholder with another eligible individual shareholder, while updating the relevant ownership records.

    Business

  • Valid Passport Copy of New Shareholder

  • Residence Visa Copy of New Shareholder

  • Color Photo with White Background of New Shareholder

  • Signed Resolution

  • Signed Specimen Signature of New Shareholder

  • Signed Articles of Association or Memorandum of Association

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE Pass through the available channels.
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents.
  • 3 Pay the prescribed fees.
  • 4 Receive the updated Memorandum of Association or Articles of Association, as applicable, the updated Commercial Registration Certificate, updated Detailed Commercial Register, and updated trade license.
