Replace a Corporate Shareholder

This service enables establishments registered with the Ajman Free Zones Authority to replace an existing corporate shareholder with another corporate shareholder or an eligible shareholder, while updating the relevant ownership records.

  • Signed Resolution

  • Company Incorporation Certificate

  • Articles of Association or Memorandum of Association of Parent Company

  • Signed Articles of Association or Memorandum of Association

  • Certificate of Continuity, Existence, or Good Standing

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE Pass through the available channels.
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents.
  • 3 Pay the prescribed fees.
  • 4 Receive the updated Memorandum of Association or Articles of Association, as applicable, the updated Commercial Registration Certificate, updated Detailed Commercial Register, and updated trade license.
