Decrease Share Capital

This service enables establishments registered with the Ajman Free Zones Authority to reduce the establishment's registered capital, while updating the relevant ownership records and incorporation documents after obtaining the necessary approval.

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE Pass through the available channels.
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents.
  • 3 Pay the prescribed fees.
  • 4 Receive the updated Memorandum of Association or Articles of Association, as applicable, the updated Commercial Registration Certificate, updated Detailed Commercial Register, and updated trade license.
