Change Parent Company Name

This service enables branches registered with the Ajman Free Zones Authority or establishments with a corporate shareholder to update the parent company's name in the official records following the legal approval of its name change.

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE Pass through the available channels.
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents.
  • 3 Pay the prescribed fees.
  • 4 Receive the updated trade license, updated Commercial Registration Certificate, updated Detailed Commercial Register, and, where applicable, the updated Memorandum of Association or Articles of Association for FZE/FZC establishments with a corporate shareholder.
