Amend Employment Contract

This service enables establishments registered with the Ajman Free Zones Authority to amend the approved employment details in an employee's employment contract, after obtaining the employee's consent and fulfilling the approved requirements.

  • End of Service Settlement Form

  • Salary Amendment Letter Signed by Both Party and Stamped

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE Pass through the available channels.
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents.
  • 3 Pay the prescribed fees.
  • 4 Receive the updated electronic employment contract.
