Certificate of Building Status

The service allows obtaining a statement on the condition of the building directed to the concerned authorities and according to the customer's request.

  • In the case of an Electricity and Water Certificate (Load Increase - Meter) ,Site Plan ,Request Letter from the Owner ,Building Permit + Completion Certificate In the case of load increase for the shop (Attach the ,Commercial License + Lease Agreement) Technical Report

  • In the case of an Electricity and Water Certificate (Change of Completion Certificate Details): ,Site Plan (for the new owner) ,Building Permit ,Final Completion Certificate ,Copy of the New Owner's ID If there is an old Completion Certificate, a Technical Report is required

Process

  • 1 Submit the request via Ajman Municipality & Planning Department Website -or MPDA Application
  • 2 Attach the required documents & pay the fees
  • 3 Receive approved statement will be sent vis e-mail

Service fees

  • 100AED

  • An additional AED 500 will be charged if a completion certificate letter is requested for demolition or maintenance works
