It is the process of renewing the issuance of the real estate offices activities' card for the staffs employed in the real estate office registered in the Department based on a request by the real estate office.

Required Documents

    Business

  • The manager’s card is renewed first, then the rest of the brokers’ cards are renewed. Manager: Personal photo Qualification course certificat

  • Broker: Personal photo Qualification course certificate Submission of a valid criminal record certificate

Process

  • 1 "Submit the service request and the required documents through the digital services portal of the Department of Economic Development or through Tasheel centers."
  • 2 ensure fulfilment of service requirements on the website and approve it
  • 3 payment of fees
  • 4 Receving the practicing card via the applicant's email

  • AED 100 fee for the issuance or renewal of the Real Estate Activity Practice Card
