Business

A title deed for land registered under the company's name (freehold).
A bank letter proving the company’s financial solvency with a value of not less than AED 5,000,000, deposited in the investor’s account with a bank operating within the UAE.
A certificate of experience in the field of real estate development.
A copy of the project’s plans.
Certificate of good conduct for the individuals listed on the trade license and the title deed.
For companies with 100% foreign ownership wishing to practice real estate development activities in the Emirate of Ajman, the following conditions apply
ن يكون الشكل القانوني للرخصة التجارية (ذ.م.م أو شركة الشخص الواحد) صادرًا من السلطة المختصة. 2. ألا يقل رأس مال الشركة عن عشرة ملايين درهم مثبت في عقد التأسيس أو ملحق التعديل.
Submission of a valid criminal record certificate for both the company and the manager, to be renewed annually. Submission of the initial design for the real estate project when applying for the foreign developer license.
